A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE
BAKERSFIELD ORDERING THE ACCEPTANCE OF OFEER
OF DEDICATION OF ROAD EASEMENT ADJACENT TO
STATE ROUTE 184 SOUTH OF STATE ROUTE VI-KER-
178 ALL WITHIN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 29 SOIJTH,
RANGE 29 EAST, IN TIIE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WItEREAS, the following described real property was heretofore
offered for dedication (pursuant to Government Code Section 7050) and recorded
on April 14, 1975, as Instrument 24887 :in Book 4891 at page 17 of Records in
the Office of the Kern County Recorder, to wit:
An easement 15 feet in width for ingress and road purposes on,
over and across the following described property in the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California.
Being a certain strip of land 15 feet in width,
as described in that certain irrevocable offer
of dedication to the County of Kern recorded
April 14, 1975 in Official Records Book 4891
at page 17 in the Office of the Kern County
Recorder, lying contiguous and parallel with
the northwesterly right of way line of State
Route 184 and within the boundaries of
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 2,165 recorded April
18, 1975 in Parcel Map Book 13 at page 105
in the Office of the Kern County Recorder,
being a portion of Section 20, Township 29
South, Range 29 East, M.D.B. & M.
The side line of said strip shall be elongated
or shortened to terminate in the west line and
east line of said Parcel 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the dedication o£ the aforedescribed property is hereby
accepted and said property is declared a public highway and incorporated into
the City of Bakersfield road system.
2. That the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Resolution
to be filed for recordation with the County Recorder.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 2nd clay of March , 1983, by the following vote:
