Discuss Ongoing Process to Update Kern Coun ty Gang Violence Strategic Plan SUPERVISOR RUBIO DISCUSSED CURRENT UPDATE OF STRATEGIC PLAN,INCLUDING DISSEMINATION VIA EMAIL OF DRAFT PLAN FOR REVIEW. THE EXPECTATION IS THAT THE STRATEGIC PLAN CAN BE REVIEWED AND FINALIZED PRIOR TO THE NEXT QUARTERLY MEETING OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE. 7.
