1. – Approval of a zoning modification to reduce the

required side yard setback from 25 feet to 5 feet and to permit a 7-foot tall
fence within the front yard setback for a 56-unit multiple-family residential
development in an R-2 (Limited Multiple-Family Dwelling) zone district
located at 500 W. Columbus Street.

2. – Approval of a zoning modification to reduce the

required parking from 924 spaces to 689 spaces to allow for the addition

Administrative Office) zone district located at 10000 Ming Avenue.
