Public Hearing Items: File No. 09-0400 1. – Approval of a zoning modification to reduce the (Ward 3) required side yard setback from 25 feet to 5 feet and to permit a 7-foot tall fence within the front yard setback for a 56-unit multiple-family residential development in an R-2 (Limited Multiple-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 500 W. Columbus Street. (Owner / Applicant: Columbus Haven LP/Columbus Haven LP) CEQA: Exempt File No. 09-0417 2. – Approval of a zoning modification to reduce the (Ward 5) required parking from 924 spaces to 689 spaces to allow for the addition of 17,520 square feet of floor area to a 213,434 square foot commercial office building with no increase in parking in a C-O (Professional and Administrative Office) zone district located at 10000 Ming Avenue.
