4.1 c Approval of Resolution of finding the Capital
Improvement Program for FY 2009-10 is consistent with
the Metropolitan Bakersfield General Plan. (City of

Motion by Commissioner Stanley, second by APPROVED
Commissioner Blockley to approve the Non-Public
Hearing items.

with the exception of item 4.2a.
Motion by Commissioner Stanley, second by APPROVED
Commissioner Blockley to adopt Consent
Calendar Items 4.2b through 4.2e with item 4.2a
being continued to August 20, 2009.
