Motion by Commissioner Stanley, second by Commissioner APPROVED
Blockley to adopt Consent Calendar Items 4.2c through 4.2f with AB TKAC
item 4.2a being continued to July 16, 2009 & 4.2b being continued
to November 5, 2009 with hearings open.

Public Hearing open, staff report given. Chris Smale, Michael
Thompson and Marvin Davisson spoke in opposition to staff's
recommendation. Jerry Hendricks and Wesley Davidson spoke in
favor of staff's recommendation. Public hearing is closed.
Motion by Commissioner Stanley, second by Commissioner to 1APPROVED
approve Revised Tentative Tract Map 6485-PHASED with ' AB TKAC
findings and conditions set forth in the attached resolution,
Exhibit A, and incorporating the Planning Director's memo
dated June 4, 2009.
6. COMMUNICATIONS
Mr. Movius reminded the Commission that the June 18th meeting is a GPA cycle so
there will be a pre-meeting on Monday, June 151H

7. COMMISSION COMMENTS
Commissioner Tragish asked if Mr. Movius has any indication of what the agenda
looks like for the GPA cycle. Mr. Movius responded he figures about a 2 hour meeting.
8. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair McGinnis adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
