AMENDMENT NO. I TO RESOLUTION NO.
146-00 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD REVISING THE DATES OF
REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL
DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, 2001.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to time, by resolution change the meetings to be
held during any specified period of time; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is appropriate to revise the dates
heretofore specified in Resolution No. 146-00 by deleting the Regular Meeting scheduled
on October 10, 2001 and adding a Regular Meeting for October 3, 2001, to be held in the
City Council Chambers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
that a Regular Meeting be set and held on October 3, 2001, and the meeting of October
10, 2001 be canceled, as shown below and on Exhibit "A" attached hereto:
