When this message appears, an automatic email is sent to your local regulator, Manar Haddad, informing her of your request; this ensures that the correct person is trying to gain access to the chemical information entered for that facility. Once Manar approves your request, facil~ty 15-021-00~~. ^~~;rill appear in your list of facilities, which can be accessed by clicking the "Hazardous M~ ~rials Invento~ ~::~iM!S), B~a`~~!in~ Occupancy Classificatio:i, :.°~ Bo~th' i~k in the main menu. Please let us know if you have any questions about the above. Unfortunately this has been a very frustrating campaign, this listing of hazardous materials on your system. I have read every stitch of direction, and submitted our report for reviewal. The hardest thing about this is that my boss (office manager) is the one who started the reporting, got into it a smidge, then decided that I should do it instead. So, after much sorting and what- not, I thought I had as decent a report as I was going to get. A few days later, her work email recieved a letter from our local City of Bakersfield Fire Prevention Services, Manar Haddad, saying that he could not approve our report as we had set up our facility as a new facility (TMP020) when in fact we had an old facility number 15-021-000739. Now, I had not set up this part, I was given the project with the TMP020 id, and had gone from there. I should think it would be easy enough to switch the new number to the old number, but cannot even find the old number in the system. When I search for the id that this gentleman told us we needed to have used, the unidocs system came back with this page: file://C:\Documents and Settin~s\mhaddad\Local Settings\Temn~XP~rnwise\493E91BSC0... 12/9/2(1(1R . • - AZTECA AMERICA ~~ ~ ~ ~ KERN COUNTY -7 • ~- ~ ~ a' I '~/!J'8 C~~~C..~yt ~~--~ 12/4/08 ~ 5- d~r~ o a~ ~~~ 321 21 st Street Bakersfield, CA 93301 661-637-2323 Business 661-322-1701 Fax TurnTo23.com On November 14th the Bakersfield Fire Department sent me a letter outlining the new state law regarding the Hazardous Material Inventory for business, Assembly Bi112286.
