As per our phone conversation this morning I am writing this letter with regards to
the facility listed above. On May 19, 2008 Medical Imaging Center - Bakersfield
was purchased by Truxtun Radinlogy Medical Group L.P. I do not have the 6
digit number assigned by the Fire Department to Medical Imaging Center -~
Bakersfield, but have listed the temporary number that Truxtun Radiology was
given for this ~ocation.
At the time we are still using a processor with fixer and developer at this Iocation.
~y the middle of January of 2009,we will be replacing our film/screen
marnmography unit with a digital unit and the processor will be drained and sold.
In speaking to Manar Haddad today 1 was instructed to write and explain this
issue regarding the new ownership and the fact that in a matter of weeks we will
no longer have any chemicals at this location. I was also asked to request that
the upcoming bill be sent to the above Iocation ATT: Paula McGee so that I cauld ~
make sure that it was paid. we r~ave 4 locations of Truxtun Radialagy Medical
Group, L.P. and the biliing address is 1817 Truxtun Avenue. Because I am now
handling this for this location, I need to be able to explain this situation tv the
person that pays bills so that they will understand the situation. The only way
this can be guaranteed is if I~ctually take the bill ta this person myself, Any help
with this situation wifl be greatly appreciated.
