Re: Facility Closure Plan
Per your request, attached is the CA Fire Code for a Fa~ility Closure Plan .
To answer the two questions you had:
There is not a form that needs to be filled out for the closure plan; a letter
Submission to this office addressing the handling of hazardous materials is
sufficient enough.
As for an inspection, if it is required of your business to get a fire clearance, we
will be happy to schedule an inspection, however there will be a$96. fee.
