I received a letter that was addressed to Medical Ima in Center - Bakersfield with re ards to re isterin our

hazardous waste. In May of this year Medical Imaging was purchased by Truxtun Radiology Medical Group.
Many of the important documents were destroyed by one of the former employees. I do not have the 6 digit
number assigned to us by the Fire Department. Can you please help me with this?
