ELD failure - Per~nit to Operate #0006~A9
Dear Sirs:
Our records contain a signed original report for the above stated
location dated January 9, 2004, see copy enclosed. This report
advised intermediate levels of tracer detected in backfill for tank
#4, containing racing fuel.
Please advise as to the status for this failed tank tightness test.
We are unable to locate any additional correspondence, repair
permits, or subsequent test results.
Note: Any major repairs to correct deficiencies shall be performed under a
valid permit issued by this office, and witnessed by an inspector from this
office. Furthermore, failure to correct the deficiericies under a valid permit will
result in revocation of the Permit to Operate the underground storage tank.

Per your request i am emailing you this letter in regaurds to our gas station located at 4600 Stine Rd
Bakersfleld,Ca 93309. We are currently working with a John Piker owner of SteelCo (661 302-5283) and
drafting plans for a convience store build out. He has estimated anywhere from 6-9 months for this project
to be completed. I am request additional time for my temp. closure until we are completed with our project.
