Litigation; Greater Bakersfield Separation of Grade

Conference with Legal Counsel §54957.(b);
Public Employee Appointment/Employment - City
Attorney; Ratification of Contract with Bart Thiltgen.
Motion by Carson to recess to Closed Session at 3:34
p.m.
Motion by Rowles to adjourn from Closed Session at
