Public hearing open. Jim Restone, Lenny McKinder,
Sue McKinder, Cynthia Komaromi, David
Obersderott, Mark Hobmann, Herb Taylor & Ray
Rielly spoke in opposition to the staff
recommendation. Roger McIntosh, Scott Faire &
Virginia Dallas via a letter read into the record by
Commissioner Tkac spoke in favor of staff
recommendation. Public hearing closed.
Commissioner Tragish requested that Castle &
Cooke conduct a neighborhood meeting for the
residents to have their questions answered before
item returns to the Commission.
Commissioner Stanley moved, second by APPROVED
Commissioner Haddock to continue item 5.2a & 5.2b
to September 17"'meeting with hearing re-opened. BLOCKLEY
ABSENT
6. COMMUNICATIONS
Mr. Eggert referred to the memo regarding changes to procedures in
providing hard copy maps and compact discs.
7. COMMISSION COMMENTS
None.
8. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair McGinnis adjourned the
meeting at 6:25 p.m.
