Anyone in the community who has information regarding this case is encouraged to call the police even if they believe the information is unimportant or that it was already provided by someone else. The investigator assigned to this case is Detective Jim Moore who can be reached at (661) 326-3567. The Secret Witness phone number is 322-4040. The phone line operates 24 hours a day. Secrecy is guaranteed to those who who call. Callers who reach a recorded message are urged to call again. A code name and number will be given each caller. The code name of the responsible secret witness will be published. He or she should then call the Secret Witness line, give the code number and make arrangements for collecting the reward. Secret Witness is operated under the direction of an independent, voluntary board of directors representing civic organizations, law enforcement agencies, media outlets, and corporate sponsors.
