a suspect wanted for credit card forgery. On 4/17/09, the suspect depicted in the attached surveillance photos, used a forged (re-encoded) credit card to make three fraudulent purchases
at Marshall's Department Store, 3008 Ming Avenue. The suspect is described as a Black male in his twenties, having a heavy build, short black hair and a mustache. Anyone with information
about this crime or the identity of the suspect is encouraged to call Detective Todd Dickson 326-3511.
