a suspect wanted for grand theft. On 8/22/09, the suspect pictured in the attached video removed a surveillance video camera from the exterior of Specialty Trim and Awning Inc. at 631
California Avenue. The offense was captured on video by the surveillance camera right next to the camera the suspect stole. Suspect appears to be a Hispanic male in his twenties, dark
short hair and a slight mustache wearing a camouflage cap with KC in white letters on the front. Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect is encouraged to call Detective
