ROLL CALL Present: Board Members Burns, Underwood, Zaragoza Absent: None 2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS No speaker cards were presented. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Consent Calendar Non-Public Hearing Items: 1. Minutes of the regular meeting held May 12, 2009. APPROVED Motion by Underwood to approve non-public hearing items. B. Consent Calendar Public Hearing Items: File No. 09-0400 RES 09-11 1. – Approval of a zoning modification to reduce the required side yard setback from 25 feet to 5 feet and to permit a 7-foot tall fence within the front yard setback for a 56-unit multiple-family residential development in an R-2 (Limited Multiple-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 500 W. Columbus Street. File No. 09-0417 2. – Approval of a zoning modification to reduce RES 09-12 (Ward 5 the required parking from 924 spaces to 689 spaces to allow for the addition of 17,520 square feet of floor area to a 213,434 square foot commercial office building with no increase in parking in a C-O (Professional and Administrative Office) zone district located at 10000 Ming Avenue. (Ward 6 BZA Minutes June 9, 2009 Page2 REGULAR MEETING ACTION TAKEN File No. 09-0452 RES 09-13 3.- Approval of a conditional use permit to operate a farmers market on weekends within a portion of an existing parking lot in a C-O (Professional and Administrative Office) zone district located at 201 New Stine Road. APPROVED Motion by Zaragoza to approve public hearing items. 4. COMMUNICATIONS None 5. BOARD COMMENTS None 6.
