1. –Approval of aconditional use permit
(Ward 1
to operate a recycling center for the purchasing of
California Redemption Value (CRV) containers from the
public and to permit outdoor automobile tire repair
services in a C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone district
located at 830 Union Avenue.

2. –Approval to continue to August 11,

collection center for the purchasing of California

to allow for the storage, filtering, and distribution of
organic fertilizer and soil amendment on an approximate
15,000 square foot portion of a 44.55-acre site in an M-1
(Light Manufacturing) zone district located at
8501Gosford Road.
APPROVED
Motion by Rojas to approve public hearing items 3.B.1 and 3.B.3, and to
continue public hearing item 3.B.2 to August 11, 2009.
