Motion by Zaragoza to approve non-public hearing items.

1. –Approval to continue to September 8, 2009
aconditional use permit to operate a concrete and asphalt
recycling facility on an 11.24-acre site in an M-3 (Heavy
Industrial) zone district located at 75 E. White Lane.

2. –Approval of azoning modification to reduce
RES 09-16
the required street side yard setback from 10 to 0 feet to allow
for the development of a 1,760 square foot office building in an
M-1 (Light Manufacturing)zone district located at 2501 O

and to continue public hearing item 3.B.1 to September 8, 2009.
4. PUBLIC HEARING

– A conditional use permit to operate a recycling
collection center for the purchasing of California Redemption Value
(CRV) containers from the public in a C-2 (Regional Commercial)
zone district located at 200 Chester Avenue.
