The real property herein-described has been granted sewer service by the City of Bakersfield, even though the property is not located within the City. As a condition of extension of said sewer service to this property, the property shall be annexed into the City of Bakersfield as soon as it may be included in an annexation which is contiguous to City boundaries. The right to protest such annexation is hereby waived. This covenant may not be amended or modified without the prior approval of the City of Bakersfield. This covenant shall run with the land. Property description: That portion of Lot 24, Tract 11881 in the unincorporated area of the County of Kern, State of California, as per map recorded June 13, 1946 in Book 5, Page 148 of Maps, in the Office- of the County Recorder of said County, except that portion lying northerly of the center line of the public easement extending easterly and westerly across said lot as shown upon the recorded map thereof; together with that portion of the right of way for the Brink ditch adjoining said lot on the south, as shown on the recorded map of said Tract, and as further described Island Canal Company, recorded March 25, 1955 in Book 2396, Page 247 of Official Records.
