Motion by Underwood to approve non-public hearing items.
B. Public Hearing Items:

1. Remove from the agenda a conditional use

construct an 80-foot tall monopole communications antenna in
an M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zone district located at 3725 S. H
Street.
APPROVED
Motion by Underwood to remove public hearing item 3.B.1 from the
agenda, remove public hearing item 3.B.2 from the consent calendar,
and approve public hearing items 3.B.3 and 3.B.4.
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS

–Approval of a zoning modification to allow for the
retention of an existing 14-foot tall RV canopy within the required 5-
foot side yard setback in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district
located at 5401 Trimont Drive.
Staff report given.
Robert Rapp, applicant/property owner, spoke in favor.
APPROVED
Motion by Haynes directing the applicant to notify the occupants of
neighboring properties of the alterations to the RV canopy which are
necessary to bring achieve compliance with building code requirements
and to continue public hearing item 4.1 to November 10, 2009.

6. BOARD COMMENTS
Member Haynes expressed appreciation to staff and the other Board
members for welcoming him as a new member.
7. ADJOURNMENT
Board Chair Lee adjourned the meeting at 3:25 p.m.
