4.2a Approve Continuance of Revised Vesting Tentative CONTINUED

Public hearing open, no one from the audience
spoke. Commissioner Stanley removed item 4.2b,
regular agenda item 5.1 for separate consideration.
Public hearing closed.
Commissioner Haddock moved, second by APPROVED
Commissioner Strong to adopt Consent Calendar
hearing items 4.2a & c with item 4.2b being removed. TKAC ABSENT
Commissioner Tkac arrived at 5:36pm, after the roll
call vote was taken for this item.
5. REVISED VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP / ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW
5.1 Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 11788 (McIntosh & RES NO 51-09
Associates)
Public hearing open. Commissioner Tkac recused
from item 5.1 declaring a conflict. Roger McIntosh
representing DCM Assets Management stated he was
present to answer any questions. Public hearing
closed.
Commissioner Stanley moved, second by APPROVED
Commissioner Blockley moved to approve Vesting
Tentative Parcel Map 11788 incorporating the memo TKAC
dated October 12, 2009 from Marian Shaw. RECUSED
5.2 Wall and Landscaping Plan for Tentative Tract 6850 HEARD ON
(Gold Star Construction, Inc.) CONSENT
6. COMMUNICATIONS
Mr. Eggert announced that the November 5, 2009 will be
cancelled and due to low application submittals the Commission
will follow a pattern of once per month meetings rather than
twice per month.
7. COMMISSION COMMENTS
Chair McGinnis welcomed the students in attendance.
Commissioner Stanley asked for a status update on the General
Plan process.
Mr. Eggert replied the County is holding a meeting on October
26, 2009 at 6pm in regards to the General Plan.

8. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair McGinnis adjourned the
meeting at 5:47 p.m.
