Gentlemen:
All improvements for the above-referenced tract have been completed and a NOTICE OF
COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK has been approved by the City and was recorded on
April 4, 2007.
This letter and attached NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK is your
authorization to release Developers Surety and Indemnity Company Performance Bond No. 826793S in
the amount of $452,160.00 and Developers Surety and Indemnity Company Laborer and Material Bond
No. 826793S in the amount of $226,080.00.
Also, the one-year Maintenance Period has past and we authorize the release of Developers Surety and Indemnity Company Maintenance Bond No. 826793S in the amount of $45,216.00
