of a man down outside the apartment. Upon arrival, officers located Jerry Ennis 58 lying on the ground, suffering from a laceration to his neck. Ennis was transported to KMC where he
died. Ennis’ vehicle was parked in the street south of the apartment on M Street and it is apparent that he made his way from the vehicle to the front door of the apartment after he
was assaulted. The investigation is continuing.
