for grand theft. On 10/6/09, at about 12:20 p.m., the suspect depicted in the attached surveillance photo was observed to lean into the victims open vehicle, while it was parked at the
gas pump at the Fastrip 4013 South H Street, and remove a bank bag containing cash, checks, and money orders. The suspect then fled in a black late 90s Dodge Ram truck. The suspect is
described as a Hispanic male in his twenties. Anyone with information related to the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call Detective Brian West at 326-3553.
