On 10/7/09, at about 1:50 p.m., the suspect depicted in the attached surveillance photos walked into one of the women’s fitting rooms at Macys Department Store, 2601 Ming Avenue, and used some sort of camera phone to presumably take a picture of her by holding the device under the fitting room door. When the woman saw what was happening she screamed and the suspect fled. He is described as a dark complexioned male 18-20 years old with short dark hair, wearing a light colored sweater, light blue jeans, and white shoes.
