following suspect wanted for possession of a stolen vehicle and felony warrants charging him with narcotics violations. Jose Guadalupe Andrade 30 years old, 5’11” tall, 190 pounds, having
black hair and brown eyes and multiple tattoos, some obviously visible on the right side of his neck and a small tattoo under his left eye. Anyone with information regarding Andrade’s
whereabouts is encouraged to call Detective Grove at 326-3546 or the Bakersfield Police Department Communications Center at 327-7111.
