Jr. 59, at 3535 Stine Road Space #157, who reported that his female roommate was deceased. Officers arrived at the Stine Road address within two minutes and located Hayne Jr. waiting
for them in front of the mobile home with blood evidence on his hands and body. Hayne Jr. was immediately detained and officers located the deceased body of his 48 year old female roommate
inside the mobile home. Further investigation revealed that Hayne Jr. stabbed the woman to death prior to placing the 911 call. Hayne Jr. was arrested and booked into the Kern County
Jail.
