marijuana sales occurring at 527 28th St. As officers made contact there, a parolee exited the rear of a neighboring apartment at 531 28th St. and ran. He was detained and identified
as Brandon Brewster 35. A parole search of Brewster’s apartment resulted in the seizure of four handguns. Brewster was arrested for multiple weapons and gang charges. The original contact
at 527 28th Street led to the discovery of marijuana and several more firearms including two illegal rifles. The resident, Eddie Haywood Jr. 21, was arrested for marijuana sales, resisting
arrest, violation of parole and gang and weapons charges.
