the following suspect who is wanted for annoying children. On Friday, December 11, 2009, a 13 year old female reported while walking home from school at 3:00 p.m., she was at the corner
of Wuthering Heights Drive and Olsen Street when she was approached by a man who exited his car and walked quickly toward her. She said the man yelled to her to come to him and instead
she ran, however, the man ran after her. She reported the man grabbed her wrist but she was able to break loose and run home. She described the man and his vehicle as follows: Hispanic
male, 35 years old, 5’9” tall, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes wearing a black jacket jacket and pants. Light blue 1990s possible Pontiac sedan with tinted front and rear windows.
