For Immediate Release Monday December 28, 2009 On 12/28/09 at about 0827 hrs Officers responded to the Jack In The Box Restaurant located at 5656 California Ave in regards to an armed
robbery. Employees reported that the suspect approached the counter and displayed a handgun. The suspect demanded currency and the employees complied. The suspect then fled on foot in
an unknown direction. Witnesses described the suspect as a White male 18-22 years of age, 5’9” – 6’0”, thin build, having a very short or “buzzed” hair style, wearing a dark sweatshirt
and dark pants, and a possible tattoo of devil’s horns on his forehead or temple area. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information
