Thanks to tips from the community and grant funded over time efforts by the Burglary Detail, Philip Eugene Perry Sr. 51 was arrested for the 1/11/09 burglary to the Auburn Animal Hospital; and a 15 year old male suspect was arrested in the 12/30/09 burglary to the Circle Deli, 1416 Golden State Highway. Perry was arrested for burglary, possession of methamphetamine for sales and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. The juvenile was arrested for one count of burglary, his accomplice remains unidentified. Original Release Circle Deli January 6, 2010 The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying suspects wanted for burglary. On 12/30/09, at about 7:00 p.m., the suspects depicted in the attached surveillance photos, forced entry to the Circle Deli, 1416 Golden State Avenue and removed cigarettes. Both suspects appear to be white males in their teens. Anyone with information regarding the burglary or the suspects responsible is encouraged to call Detective Glen Anderson at 326-3540. Original Animal Hospital Release January 7, 2010 The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying suspects wanted for burglary. On 11/11/09, the two suspects depicted in the attached surveillance photos forced entry to the Auburn Animal Hospital at 3713 Auburn Street and stole a lap top computer. On 11/15/09, the business was burglarized again by an apparent third suspect and additional laptops and money was taken. Anyone with information regarding either offense and/or the identity of the suspects involved is encouraged to call Detective Glenn Anderson at 326-3540. 11/11/09 11/11/09
