a suspect wanted for robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. On 12/17/2009, at about 6:24 p.m., a man armed with a firearm entered the 11-1 Market at 311 East 11th street and demanded
money from the clerk. The man then shot the clerk with a handgun causing minor injuries. The suspect is described as: Hispanic or Black male, 20's, 5'5" 5'7"tall, 150 lbs, wearing a
dark colored hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled over his head, a dark colored bandana or similar type cloth covering the majority of his face. He was armed with an unknown type handgun.
Attached is a short surveillance video file of the offense. Anyone with information regarding the suspect and/or robbery is encouraged to call Detective Madden at 326-3953.
