as the individual depicted in the surveillance photos below. BPD Detectives arrested Pimentel on 1/28/10 for burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Kern
County Jail. Original Release January 25, 2010 The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying suspect/s wanted in connection to a burglary
and auto theft. On 01/18/10, at about 2:00 p.m., a resident in the 1300 block of Jeremy Street observed a suspicious Nissan Sentra parked in front of his residence occupied by a white
female. When he went outside to investigate, he observed three Hispanic males running from his garage, garage, one of whom was riding a brown and black Mongoose brand mountain bike which
was taken from the garage. The other two suspects entered the Nissan Sentra and fled the area towards Panama Lane and South ‘H’ Street where the vehicle ran out of gas. The suspects
pushed the Sentra into the parking lot of the Fastrip located at South ‘H’ Street and Panama Lane. One of the suspects entered the store and paid cash for the gas. He is depicted in
the attached surveillance photographs. The suspect vehicle is a green 1995 Nissan Sentra four door which was determined to be stolen from the same area on 1/12/10, but has since been
recovered. Any information regarding the identity of the suspect should be forwarded to Detective Cegielski at 326-3545.
