the facts and circumstances of the officer involved shooting that occurred on February 20, 2010, in the 1000 block of Clyde Street. The Review Board concluded that the shots fired by
Officer Rudy Beruman during the incident were within department policy and within state and federal guidelines. The Review Board consisted of Assistant Chief Lyle Martin, Captain Kevin
Stokes, Captain Robert Bivens, and Captain Joe Bianco. Police Chief Greg Williamson has reviewed the investigation and concurred with the Review Board’s findings. Officer Beruman has
been cleared to return to duty.
