On 2/15/10, at about 7:10 p.m., the woman depicted in the attached surveillance photos was observed to be shoplifting by security inside the store. When a loss prevention agent contacted her in the parking lot the suspect threw her purse containing the merchandise in the suspect vehicle and instructed the two women who were with her to get in the car and drive away. The suspect then attacked the loss prevention agent striking her several times with her fists. The women in the suspect vehicle returned and picked up the suspect and the three fled together. The suspect is described as a Black female 20s, 5’2” tall, 145 pounds, black hair and brown eyes wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt with a gold design on the front. The women with the suspect (whom are also depicted in the surveillance photos) are described as Black females in their 20s, 5’6” tall, 145-150 pounds, with black hair. The suspect vehicle is described as being a silver 2007 Toyota Camry. Anyone with information regarding the identity of any of these women is encouraged to call Detective Heredia at 326-3873.
