a suspect for fraudulent use of an access card. On 2/23/10, the victims ATM card was taken during a vehicle burglary in the 7700 block of Netzer Court. On 2/23/10, at about 5:00 a.m.,
the victim’s card was used by the suspect in the attached surveillance photo at the Bank of America ATM Machine at 2800 Oswell Street. The suspect appears to be Hispanic male 20, heavy,
black jacket, white t-shirt, black ball cap, with a gold or silver necklace. Anyone with information related to the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call Detective Grove at
326-3546.
