NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, April 13, 2010
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Bolthouse Properties, LLC is proposing a zoning modification to waive the
requirement to construct a six-foot high masonry wall adjacent to a fire station in
a residential zone district in conjunction with the development of a retail center
in a C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone district located at 11300-11420 Ming
Avenue. Exempt from environmental review. (File #10-0131; Ward 4, staff

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action
taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
