Davis may be occupying a burnt orange 2006 Honda Element, California license 5THP665. Davis is wanted in connection to the incident on 4/7/10, at 2:30 p.m., wherein a four year old Hispanic girl and her mother were shopping at the Goodwill Industries Store at 2671 Oswell Street. The girl was a distance away from her mother but still in view when her mother noticed a Caucasian male, 60-70 years old, 6’0” tall, 200 pounds with a prominent belly, grey short hair, wearing a light or powder shirt, pants, and baseball cap, using a cane who was kneeling kneeling near the four year old girl. Thinking he was looking at merchandise near the girl she looked away but when she looked back and saw that the man had put his hand under the girl’s dress and was apparently touching her buttocks. The mother confronted the man and he walked out of the store. Store management was alerted and they followed the man outside and observed him to enter a burnt orange, newer model SUV, boxlike shape, similar to a Hummer but smaller. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Davis is urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111. ####
