The one for the awnings and other miscellaneous items light, cornices etc. is close to being completed. Have the awnings been approved and a permit issued by Building? I need some think to include with the encroachment permit that the awnings have been approved by Building. The one for the outside dining areas has not been processed. We have not received updated information regarding exists from the area out to the street, as we discussed several months ago.
