Information Officer 661-326-3803 mdegeare@Bakersfieldpd.us For Immediate Release April 13, 2010 On 4/12/10, at 11:50 a.m., Bakersfield Police arrested the following suspects for residential
burglary and conspiracy. Robert Louis Hart 18 Frank Olgin 18 Dylan Paul Handy 18 The three were observed to kick in the front door of a residence in the 8500 block of Persimmon Drive
where they committed a residential burglary. Officers arrested them as they were leaving the area. Hart and Olgin were also determined to be responsible for 8 other residential burglaries
primarily in the Silver Creek Park area within the past two months. During one of the burglaries, the pair stole a rifle and then used the rifle in a subsequent burglary/residential
robbery wherein the home owners returned home and the suspects forced them at gunpoint into into the closet where they also robbed them of their personal property. Hart and Olgin were
additionally charged with robbery, possession of an assault rifle and false imprisonment.
