a suspect wanted for theft and elder abuse. On 03/21/10 at 11:00 a.m., the 93 year old victim was shopping at a grocery store on Ming Avenue when she was distracted by an unidentified
female who spoke with her in the frozen food section of the store. When she redirected her attention to her shopping cart, the victim noticed her purse was missing from the cart. The
woman depicted in the attached surveillance photo was observed to enter the store with nothing in her hands then exit with the victim’s purse. She is described as a Black female 18-20
years old, 5’5”, 130 pounds, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a black T-shirt with a gold logo, logo, dark jeans and white and black shoes. Anyone with information related to the suspect’s
identity is urged to call Detective Mills at 326-3907.
