a suspect wanted for hit and run. On 4/16/10, at 11:58 a.m., Thelma Roberson 51 was crossing Chester Avenue at 22nd Street, within the crosswalk, when she was struck by the vehicle depicted
in the attached surveillance photo. The suspect vehicle was last seen traveling northbound on Eye Street towards 23rd Street. Roberson sustained minor to moderate injuries from the accident.
The suspect vehicle appears to be a light blue or light grey, late-90's model Chevrolet Caprice. Anyone with information regarding the accident or the suspect vehicle is encouraged to
call the Bakersfield Police Department Traffic Division at 326-3882.
