a suspect wanted for robbery. On 4/13/10, at about 8:30 p.m., the suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance photos entered the Best Buy on Rosedale Highway, selected two lap
top computers then walked out of the store without paying. When he was confronted by a store clerk, the suspect told the clerk he had a gun and suggested he would use it if the clerk
persisted. The suspect ran into the parking lot where he was observed to enter a silver 1990-2000 four door compact sedan with black rims. The suspect appears to be a Black male 25-30
years old, 5’8” tall, 150 pounds, bloodshot eyes, mustache and goatee, wearing a black baseball cap with dice on the front, black T-shirt and pants. Anyone with information related to
the identity of this suspect is urged to call Detective Heredia at 326-3873.
