a suspect wanted for robbery. On 4/8/10, at 8:00 p.m., the suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance photos entered Marshalls, 3008 Ming Avenue and selected a pair of Fila
athletic shoes. The suspect put the new shoes on his feet and left his old shoes behind in a shoe box on the shelf. The suspect then walked out of the store, wearing the new shoes, and
when a loss prevention agent attempted to contact him the suspect struck the agent in the stomach and ran. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 30-32 years old, 6’0” tall, 180
pounds, having blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a red ball cap, grey and red shirt, dark blue jean shorts and white Fila athletic shoes. Anyone with information related to the identity
of this suspect is urged to call Detective Heredia at 326-3873.
