SHEET NO. 2 AND 3 OF THAT CERTAIN TRACT MAP NO. 6328 - UNIT THREE RECORDED IN
BOOK 58 OF MAPS AT PAGE 199 AND 200 IS CORRECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
66469 OF THE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS FOLLOWS:
THE FOLLOWING MONUMENT SHOWN FOR THE CENTER OF SECTION 30,30/27, M.D.M
(CENTERLINE INTERSECTION OF MOUNTAIN VISTA DRIVE AND BERKSHIRE ROAD) ON
SAID MAP AS:
• CONCRETE MONUMENT WITH BRASS CAP STAMPED L.S. 5565 IN LAMPHOLE
WAS UNABLE TO BE SET DUE TO AN EXISTING POWER POLE AT THE SAME LOCATION;
THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING WITNESS CORNER WAS SET:
• SPINDLE WITH WASHER AND L.S. 5565 TAG, 45' NORTH OF CENTER OF SECTION
THE NAMES OF THE FEE OWNERS OF THE REAL PROPERTY AFFECTED BY SUCH
CORRECTION OR OMISSION ON THE DAY OF THE FILING OR RECORDING OF THE
ORIGINAL RECORDED MAP ARE AS FOLLOWS:
