E.1 Approval of Resolution finding that the Bakersfield ` RES NO
Capital Improvement Program for fiscal year 2010-2011 12-10
is consistent with the Metropolitan Bakersfield General
Plan.

G. AMENDMENT TO BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 17.61
Amend landscaping standards to incorporate water RES NO
conservation measures to comply with State Assembly Bill No. 13-10
1881 .
Commissioner Haddock moved, 1 APPROVED
seconded by Commissioner Strong to
amend the landscaping standards to TKAC
incorporate water conservation ABSENT
measures to comply with State Assembly
Bill No. 1881 as submitted by the Planning
Department.
H. PUBLIC HEARINGS
H.1 Notice of Violation - 231 B Street
Notice of Intention to file a Notice of Violation for CONT TO
possible violation of the California Subdivision Map Act 7/1
and Title 16 (Subdivisions) of the Bakersfield Municipal
Code regarding an illegal subdivision of real property
known as APN 008-171-12 (no address); and APN 008-
171-13 (231 'B' Street)
Commissioner Tragish moved, seconded APPROVED
by Commissioner Strong to continue
Agenda item H.1 to July 1, 2010 with TKAC
hearing remaining open. ABSENT
I. COMMUNICATIONS
Mr. Eggert stated that Commissioners that spoke on behalf of
the SACO Ranch DEIR were emailed the entire final but they do
not have to print out a copy. A hard copy final will be
delivered to all Commissioners tomorrow (Friday).
Mr. Eggert also mentioned that the June 17th meeting will
include the SACO Ranch El and on July 1 st the Commission will
hear the Bakersfield Commons EIR. Although these two EIR's
willnot be on the same meeting, they will continue to be on the
same cycle for the City Council August 11 th meeting.
Mr. Eggert announced that there will be no pre-meeting for this
General Plan cycle, and on June 17th will be giving an update
on the department's budget before the City Council,

Commissioner Tragish thanked Commissioner McGinnis for his
time as Chair.
Commissioner Strong thanked Commissioner Blockley for his
service to the Commission
Chair Stanley thanked Commissioner McGinnis for his time
serving as Chair.
K. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Stanley adjourned the
meeting at 6;01 p.m.
