NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, July 13, 2010
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun
Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Complete Wireless Consulting, Inc. is proposing a conditional use permit to
install a new 360 square foot equipment shelter for an existing wireless
communications facility in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at
2603 Panorama Drive. Exempt from environmental review. (File #10-0260;

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
