NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, July 13, 2010
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun
Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Florin Morris is proposing a zoning modification to allow for the retention of an
existing 12.5-foot tall RV canopy within the required 5-foot side yard setback in
an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 6705 Saint Lawrence
Drive. Exempt from environmental review. (File #10-0274; Ward 3, staff
