HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-0285 NPH B A K E R S F I E L D NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at TUESDAY, July 13, 2010 3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:  Paul Dhanens Architect, Inc. is proposing a zoning modification to reduce the required rear yard setback from 20 feet to 5 feet to allow for an 11,000 square foot addition to an office building abutting residentially zoned canal property in a C-O (Administrative and Professional Office) zone district located at 1600 Mill Rock Way. Exempt from environmental review.
